Interview Coaching

Interviewing is an art. If someone can interview well, their opportunities are boundless.  However, kids are generally not taught how to interview; they are nervous, stray off topic, have poor body language, and often say the wrong thing. Front Range Educational Consulting will help your child become a better interviewee, a skill that will benefit them whether it be for their first job, college interviews, or local private schools.

We will help build their confidence, stamina, and ability to market themselves to their school or job of choice.

By the end of your session, you will be able to:

  • Know how to conduct themselves during an interview.
  • Analyze the questions being asked of them and how to answer appropriately.
  • Be given tips on how to approach questions that are difficult.
  • Have confidence to conquer any interview situation.

Essay Writing Session

The private school admissions process requires written statements from your child. Essay writing sessions help your child to find their voice, express themselves clearly to the admissions team, and answer each question in a way that sets them apart and allows the unique gifts to shine, giving them a greater chance at their first choice school.

Front Range Educational Consulting will help your child become a stronger writer, focus their ideas, and help them communicate through the written word, without the aid of emojis.

By the end of your session, you will:

  • Identify essay topics.

  • Analyze the questions being asked of you and how to answer appropriately.

  • Be given tips on how to approach questions that are difficult.

  • Have concrete feedback on drafts to revise and edit writing.

What our clients are saying...

“I used Jen for interview prep and couldn’t have been more thrilled with the outcome. She was a great asset in the private school admission process for our daughter. My daughter loved spending time with Jen and learned so much. I know she will use these skills for years to come.”

-J.D.

“We thought our child would do great in the interview portion of the application process because he talks to adults so well, yet we were wrong. After taking the time to work with Jen, he did much better and is now at the school of his choice.”
