Jen has over 15 years of experience in education in Colorado as a classroom teacher in both public and independent schools, with certifications and endorsements in gifted and talented, and teaching “English as a second language” learners. Her classroom experience, coupled with decades of specialized curriculum development, led her to work directly with families for years. She has helped them select the school that is the best fit for their child as a privately hired expert (outside the scope of any family changes) as an educational consultant. In that role, Jen has evaluated hundreds of schools through annual tours, observations, and interviews, staying up to date on data and programming. She has also served as an expert in family law litigation, testifying to address the opinions in her Educational Evaluation Report as a party expert.
